Thrive changed my life. It’s that simple. I joined with my wife about five years ago thinking that I was in pretty good shape because I’m an active guy maybe a little bit overweight but no big deal. Well actually, I had all kinds of aches and pains, including plantar fasciitis and my back would go out pretty much on a monthly basis. Since joining, I have lost 20 pounds of fat and put on an incredible amount of muscle. I no longer have plantar fasciitis and all my little aches and pains are completely gone. Aside from the physical results, we have also met a wonderful group of people some of which have become close friends. It’s a fantastic program. Brian and his crew Know what they are doing. I would recommend this to anybody at any stage of fitness
It's been almost a year since I joined Thrive Fit and I can't believe how far I've come! As someone who has never consistently exercised, been very intimidated and not confident about going to a gym her whole life, I am really proud about how much I've learned, accomplished, and that I haven't missed a single week. I've become so much stronger, fitter, and confident and it wouldn't have been possible without the supportive team at Thrive. The trainers (shout out to Claire & Steph who I have trained with most) are all super friendly, easy to talk to, and so knowledgeable. The head trainer, Brian, does a fantastic job of tailoring your program and switches it up every 6 weeks so you don't get bored of the same exercises. I also enjoy the small group sizes and easy scheduling on the app. Highly recommend Thrive to anyone who is wanting to become healthier and improve their fitness but scared to take the leap. You won't regret it!
When I started i could not get up off the floor or do a basic plank or reverse lunge. Now I can do all three and much more. I am definitely in better physical health now than I have been in years. Highly recommend to anyone nervous about taking those first steps. It is a warm supportive place to get stronger.
I’m a 65 year old woman who, for the last 10 years or so, was exercising mainly by walking. Not overweight, felt young! But realized that time is marching on and that my body needs more than brisk walks. Started at Thrive a few months ago and couldn’t be happier! Brian, Stephanie and Luis are amazing. They know their stuff inside out and have a warm and encouraging approach that made me feel at home immediately. This is making a huge difference to my life. So grateful I found Thrive.

During my first workout at Thrive, I lost my balance and fell. Rather than embarrassment, the three other people there shared they had all fallen at the beginning and were now so much stronger which is why they keep coming back. And they're right...after only 5 sessions, I am noticing the difference. Thanks Stephanie for making me get up and continue my workout journey.
I'm so happy with my decision to join Thrive Fit. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and motivated. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and always push me to reach my goals. The workouts change on a regular basis to keep things interesting. Not only have I seen amazing physical results - I am stronger and leaner, but my energy levels have also soared. The supportive community here makes every workout fun, and I genuinely look forward to coming in. Thank you, Thrive Fit, for creating such a terrific environment.
Where do I begin! Being a member of Thrive has been one of my best decisions. I walked in to Thrive Fit one fall morning, hesitant, looking for information. Although active, I had never been part of a gym. Brian the founder/owner/coach was both warm and serious - And something else that stood out to me: I felt that he had confidence (in me!) that I could reach the fitness/health levels I was hoping for and struggling to describe. The results today: Best health I've ever been in, stronger, better sleep, growing knowledge about fitness and nutrition. And immense gratitude for the team of young people who work so hard to make Thrive a community and a welcoming space for everyone. I recommend Thrive programs (fitness, nutrition) to all.the people I care about.
Absolutely fantastic spot if you’re serious about getting in shape. Their team is great and the guy running it (Brian) is an amazing guy. A gem for the beaches.

Brian, the owner of Thrive Fit, and his team are outstanding. Stop looking for other trainers or gyms and go here! Not only will you get a great workout from highly experienced and knowledgeable trainers, but you'll have a coach who truly cares and will help you reach your goals. Brian coached me so I could obtain a kettlebell instruction certification and he nailed it. I went into the certification feeling ultra prepared, confident and easily passed. To top it all off, Brian is one of the nicest, most caring and lovely humans you'll have the pleasure of meeting. I have so much respect for everything he does and I'm sure you will too.
At the risk of sounding melodramatic, my time at Thrive and training with Brian and Steph has genuinely changed my life. I never used to consider myself to be a "gym" person, but I'm a total convert now. In my year at Thrive, under their guidance, I've put on a good amount of muscle - but more importantly, I feel stronger, walk taller, and feel more confident. I used to loath exercise, and now I jump out of bed (and skip work meetings) in order to squeeze workouts in. Thank you Thrive Team =)
Thrive Fit is the best gym I have ever attended. I like to push myself and at other gyms I sustained injuries trying to power through group workouts without proper technique. At Thrive Fit, the owner and staff promote a unique gym culture which I found to be positive and inclusive while at the same time being very no nonsense and focused on real people achieving their goals. When I joined Thrive there was an in-depth assessment including a discussion of my fitness goals. Next, a workout plan was made by Thrive's personal trainers just for me. I really enjoyed this process and having my own workout plan in place with the support of the very knowledgeable and professional trainers was highly motivating. The equipment at Thrive is clean, very good quality, and staff are always present to demonstrate exercises and make adjustments to your technique. It is a healthy and supportive gym like no other. I love it at Thrive Fit and I recommend it to everyone!
I received a pamphlet in the mail with a $97 offer for 1 month of training & I decided to check it out. Initially, I was apprehensive because of the small space & it was semi-private environment. After talking to Brian (the owner) & him asking what my fitness goals were, I figured I would give it a try. I felt he & I really hit it off & I really enjoyed working out at Thrive. The trainers took things slowly for the first 3 sessions just to get me acclimatized. Then based on my progression we upped things a bit without going overboard. The staff are really personable, knowledgeable, very genuine & take great interest in their client's success. The other clients that shared the space are also pretty cool too!
That is twelve of the thirty-nine that have written text. Read all 52 on Google. Thirty-nine of the fifty-two wrote something; the rest left a rating only.
Everyone here started the same way: book a private Baseline. Thirty minutes, no charge, nothing to buy at the end of it.
