Thrive 365: personal training packages, and what it costs to keep going
Ongoing coaching after the eight weeks are done. Three tiers, priced by how often you train, published here rather than quoted on a call. Twelve-month memberships, billed every two weeks.
Who this is for
Most people arrive at this page for one reason: they want to know the price before they talk to anybody. That is a reasonable thing to want and an unreasonable number of gyms make you ask for it.
So here it is. Three tiers, the session count for each, and the number. Nothing on this page requires a phone call to understand.
The three tiers
The only difference between them is how often you train. Same coaching, same programming, same room. New memberships also pay a $97 program design and admin fee.
Every tier, side by side
| Membership | Sessions | Price | Per session |
|---|---|---|---|
| Get Started | 9 sessions a month | $225 biweekly plus HST | about $54 a session before tax |
| Get Fit | 13 sessions a month | $325 biweekly plus HST | about $54 a session before tax |
| Get After It | 18 sessions a month | $425 biweekly plus HST | about $51 a session before tax |
| New membership fee | one-off | $97 program design and admin fee | not per session |
| Commitment | twelve months | billed every two weeks |
Why an ongoing membership at all
Because eight weeks builds a result and the following year decides whether you keep it. The strength you added is the first thing to go if nothing replaces the structure that built it, and rebuilding it a second time is harder than holding it.
Not only have I seen amazing physical results - I am stronger and leaner, but my energy levels have also soared. The supportive community here makes every workout fun, and I genuinely look forward to coming in.
What it costs, before we start
Billed every two weeks on a twelve-month membership. That covers your sessions, your programming and your coach. New memberships also pay a $97 program design and admin fee. Everyone starts with a Baseline, which costs nothing.

What members say
As someone who has never consistently exercised, been very intimidated and not confident about going to a gym her whole life... I haven't missed a single week.
During my first workout at Thrive, I lost my balance and fell. Rather than embarrassment, the three other people there shared they had all fallen at the beginning.
I'm a 65 year old woman who, for the last 10 years or so, was exercising mainly by walking... Brian, Stephanie and Luis are amazing. They know their stuff inside out.

What do personal training packages cost in Toronto?
Ours run $225, $325 or $425 biweekly plus HST, for nine, thirteen or eighteen sessions a month. One-to-one training in Toronto runs $60 to $180 a session depending on who employs the trainer, which is the arithmetic behind semi-private. At our middle tier that works out to about $54 a session before tax.
Is it really a twelve-month commitment?
Yes, and we say so on the page rather than in the small print. Twelve months is how long it takes for training to stop being a thing you are doing and start being a thing you do. It is billed every two weeks, and every price is published before you ever talk to us.
What is the $97 fee?
A one-off program design and admin fee on a new membership. It covers building your initial program and setting you up properly. It is not charged again. It is listed on our pricing page alongside the three tiers, so it is never a surprise at sign-up.
Can I change tier later?
Yes. The tiers differ only by how often you train, so moving between them is a scheduling change rather than a different program. Your coaching, your program and the room stay the same; only the number of sessions a month changes, and the price follows it.
Do I have to do Fit Reset first?
No, but most people do. Fit Reset is where the result gets built and Thrive 365 is where it gets kept, so starting at the second one means maintaining something you have not made yet. If you are unsure which suits you, the Baseline is where we work that out together.
How do I start?
A private Body Reset Baseline. Thirty minutes, one to one, no charge, and nothing to buy at the end of it. Apply with a few questions and one of us replies within one working day. If Thrive 365 is the right fit, we will tell you there.
